Order Processing & Payment

All orders will be processed only after full payment has been received and verified. Payments can be made securely via bank transfer or credit card. Once payment has cleared, we begin processing your order.

Production & Dispatch Timeline

As a handcrafted silversmith workshop, our standard processing time is up to 14 business days from the date of successful payment. This allows us time to ensure the quality and finish of your piece meets the high standards we hold ourselves to.

Standard Delivery

After dispatch, orders will be shipped via standard courier services. Typical delivery times are as follows:

– Local (Domestic) Orders: 3–7 working days

– International Orders: Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and customs processes

Please note that these timelines apply to items currently in stock. For custom orders, backordered items, or special design requests, delivery lead times may vary. In such cases, we will keep you updated on the status and expected delivery of your order.

Special Requests & Custom Orders

If your purchase involves a custom design or engraving, additional time may be required for crafting and quality assurance. We will provide an estimated delivery timeline at the time of order confirmation and ensure that you are regularly updated throughout the process.

Shipping Fees & Handling Costs

Final shipping and handling fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout in your Shopping Cart. These costs are based on the destination, weight, and size of the package. All shipping fees are final once the order is placed.
