Workshop Policies

At Cara Workshop, we’re committed to delivering a memorable and hands-on silversmithing experience. Please read our workshop policies carefully before booking your session.

Reschedule Policy

• Free Reschedule (3 Days Prior)
  You may reschedule your workshop up to 3 days before the scheduled date free of charge, subject to availability.
• Late Reschedule (1–2 Days Prior)
  Rescheduling within 1–2 days of the workshop is possible with a RM50 rescheduling fee.
• Same-day Rescheduling is not allowed. No refunds will be issued for no shows.
• Subject to Availability
  All reschedule requests are dependent on the availability of workshop slots.
• Multiple Reschedules
  The first reschedule is complimentary. Subsequent reschedules will incur a RM50 handling fee per change.

Cancellation Policy

• 10 Days or More Before Workshop
  You may cancel your reservation 10 days or more before the scheduled workshop date. A refund will be issued, with a 10% cancellation handling fee deducted from the original payment.
•  5 to 9 Days Before Workshop
  Cancellations made between 5 to 9 days prior to the workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund of the original paid amount.
•  4 Days Before Workshop
  Cancellations made within 4 days of the scheduled workshop are not eligible for a refund, as materials and scheduling are already committed.
• No Refund for Early Departure
  If a participant chooses to leave or quit the workshop voluntarily once it has started, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Other Workshop Policies

• Participant Transfers
  Can’t make it? You may transfer your booking to someone else, but please notify us in advance for confirmation. Transfers are your responsibility and only valid with our prior acknowledgment.
• Workshops Cancelled by Cara Workshop
  If we are unable to host the workshop due to internal or technical issues, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Force Majeure Events
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), your session will be rescheduled, but no refund will be provided.
